To support the transition from university to career, SAGE Group provides a number of flexible pathways. SAGE Group offers the opportunity to learn important skills, gain exposure to different industries and apply your technical learnings.

Our Graduates

SAGE’s Early Careers Program provides passionate, hardworking graduates with opportunity to apply theoretical learning within a practical environment.

Participants in these programs get access to department/business unit rotations designed to achieve an established set of learning outcomes (also as required for Engineers Australia Chartered status).

SAGE’s Engineering Graduate Development Program helps graduates develop their careers working with skilled professional team members on a variety of interesting and challenging roles.

Ongoing learning opportunities at SAGE Group

SAGE’s Innovation Hub hosts a variety of opportunities to collaborate, research and prototype new concepts, emerging technologies and develop new projects. Collaborating with universities, clients, technology partners and vendors, placement students can get hands- on experience and apply their knowledge to conceptualise, plan and execute new ideas.

Apprenticeships

SAGE Group offers apprenticeships across a variety of different business units. Our apprentices gain hands-on experience and have the opportunity to follow a non-traditional pathway. Some of the placements available include:

  • Smart Cities Apprenticeship (hands-on approach to the latest technology)
