Integrated Management System
SAGE Group has implemented an Integrated Management System (IMS) for health, safety, environment and quality across all its operations to consistently provide quality products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. In the delivery of these quality products and services, SAGE manages work health and safety, minimises adverse impacts on the environment and achieves customer satisfaction whilst maintaining sustainable business operations.
The IMS is certified to ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 international standards. It includes an IMS Policy which is a formal statement defining SAGE Group’s commitment to integrating health, safety, environment and quality management systems into a unified framework to ensure consistent performance, compliance, continual improvement and prevention of non-conformity.

Zero harm to people isn't an aspiration - it's our operational standard. We're certified to ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System by DQS Certification.
Proactive Prevention
Safety culture begins before work starts through corporate inductions, contractor pre-qualification and site-specific inductions. We complete Job Safety and Environmental Analysis (JSEA) prior to every job, supported by SWMS and work permits where required.
Trained and Supervised
Workers are suitably trained and supervised, ensuring high-quality work is undertaken safely. Hazard reporting systems are accessible to everyone. We communicate safety matters through regular meetings and monthly IMS reports.

We've maintained ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems certification since 1997. DQS Certification verifies our systems meet international standards.

We've achieved pre-qualification with leading supplier management organisations, including Avetta, ISNetworld and Cm3.
Cyber Security
We're ISO 27001:2022 certified for information security management systems. We protect our data, systems and processes, safeguarding yours in the process. As cyber incidents rise and SOCI Act obligations emerge for critical infrastructure operators, this certification reaffirms our commitment to delivering secure digitalisation projects.
