Accelerated Fault Resolution - We accelerate fault resolution through remote diagnostics and local support utilising our national presence.

Preventive Maintenance - Takes one day to complete and is performed from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm (9h30 to 17h30)

Remote Support Module (RSM)
SAGE's RSM is a portable VPN that provides easy, secure access to your control systems – with no configuration required to your existing network. A simple plug-in of the RSM to any piece of Ethernet-enabled control equipment provides remote expert technician access through the NOC, where our customers can access the remote engineering support they require.
SAGE offers a 24/7 reactive field service department with the support of system engineers to assist with breakdowns and problem-solving solutions. The service department can also complete planned maintenance and preventive measures for equipment and instruments in the field.
