We filled several technical remote roles in regional Australia for a major utility, including Operations and Maintenance Specialist, Condition Monitoring Technician, and Mechanical Tradesperson.

Client Challenge 

A large Australian utility client was struggling to fill several technical roles that required working in a remote region. The roles were variable, but all required highly specialised technical skills in a long-term solitary work environment. Attempts to fill the positions through formal hiring processes were unsuccessful.
