South Australia (SA) Workready Funding

Skills Lab is an approved WorkReady provider. WorkReady is a South Australian government initiative that contributes funding to the cost of many of our accredited courses.  Before being enrolled in a government subsidised training place, students will need to meet course entry requirements and verify their eligibility for enrolment. Assessing your eligibility includes participation in a Language, Literacy and Numeracy pre-assessment.

Eligibility for Work Ready Funding

• An Australian or New Zealand citizen, or
• A permanent Australian resident, or
• The holder of an eligible Visa

YOU ALSO NEED TO BE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

Aged sixteen (16) years or over and not enrolled at school, or

Undertaking training through a training contract as an apprentice or trainee in identified courses.

ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS MAY BE ABLE TO ACCESS:

• One (1) foundation skills course (if you are assessed to need it)
• Up to five (5) bridging units at every qualification level (if assessed to need them)
• Unlimited priority courses
• Visit skills.sa.gov.au for participant eligibility criteria

The price guides listed above are subject to change depending on individual circumstances at enrolment. There are no additional fees for student services or resources. Concessional discounts are available for eligible participants.
